We will book your delivery with a 2 man carrier who will have your contact details, so once they've collected your order, they can get in touch with you to arrange a suitable 2 hour time slot for delivery, but please bear in mind, they operate during the daytime, not evenings, so you may have to make arrangements for someone to be home during office hours.

For our furniture deliveries we contract a professional furniture delivery team, who will carry your sofa to a ground floor room of choice and carriage. Please advise us if you need your order delivering to an upper floor, as this may incur a small surcharge by the carrier.
